Nice hotel in great location The is usually a wait for elevators at the hotel, which sometimes can be very long. There are only 3, and there is nothing to stop them from all travelling in the same direction at the same time, so sometimes you are waiting for almost 10 minutes (not an exaggeration, I set a timer). Be prepared for a wait or to take the stairs. The hotel is very well located for both attractions and subway stations. Staff are pleasant, and rooms are well sized and clean. Plenty of food options nearby.

Location to everything is wonderful. The ease of driving into the city and getting to the hotel was painless. My two c The shower was COLD. Reported it but no one came to look at it even when I was told they would. It was difficult to take a shower and enjoy it Location and cleanliness were great. The staff was amazing. Very accommodating and helpful with decorating our room before arrival for my daughter’s 21st birthday!
