Bad service but good location/cleanliness Their staff at the front desk are awful. They don’t explain anything to you when ur doing the check in (breakfast hours, where is the restaurant and they didn’t even give to me my voucher, which was INCLUDED on my stay). They also delayed my check in time 3h30 HOURS LATE , we didn’t hear any sorry or good explanation for that. Fantastic would stay again next time in NYC Nothing The location was fantastic and the staff were very accommodating. My partner dropped his coffee in the hotel lobby and after we cleaned it up a member of staff came over to us and handed a $10 voucher to replace the coffee. Small acts of kindness go along way.

Very Good Long wait times for the elevator, especially when in the upper floors. The hotel charges for water and storing luggage. The location is super central. Easy access to lots of amenities and public transport.
Grand but given the noise and the length of time it took to get the lift wouldn’t stay again The lifts are so slow and the situation is made so much worse by the fact the guest lifts are also the same lifts that staff use when cleaning rooms, moving laundry, etc so you end up going down to bottom levels to drop them off/pick them up.
