Extremely kind and friendly staff! Clean, quiet room. Comfy bed. Nice view. Very reasonable rate. Everything you might need within blocks. We had a wonderful stay, not a single complaint.
Ok prices hotel close to main sights
Check in was easy. View was nice. There is scaffolding all around the entrance so it wasn’t as easy to find. Overall will stay again.

Clean room and friendly staff, subway station is within walking distance from the hotel which is always a plus!
NYC trip I had an appointment at Sloan Kettering. This hotel was very close. The staff was very helpful with questions about where to eat and how to get to places we wanted to go
Only issue was one elevator being tied up by staff for cleaning and towels. They left the cart in the elevator blocking the door and went room to room, so that effectively left one elevator working. Witnessed multiple times.
