Reception area staff was preoccupied with other guests and had a slight attitude. Breakfast in restaurant was disapointing. My wife chose the buffet and her scrambled eggs were watery. My pancakes were passable and not at all remarkable.
Safe did not work, no shampoo in the shower and curtains that came nowhere near meeting in the middle. Also a 6.30am wake up call by an employee who thought it was important to refill the ice machine at that time of day! I was also an inconvenience to the receptionist when I wanted to check out, she had to put The Facebook down for 2 minutes. Other than that it was fantastic.

Very walkable area, loads of delicious dining options, very close to lots of MTA stops. Hotel itself was comfortable for our 3 night stay where we mainly just slept there.
Good overall experience Everything was good. The room size was great for NYC. The location was perfect for our itinerary. We had little contact with the staff - the guy at check-in was very nice. The young woman at checkout was consumed with her phone and it took a minute for her to realize anyone needed her.
Great location for me due to its location to Memorial Sloan Kettering various locations. Also convenient to and casual dining. Find it both clean and quiet, always request a room in the rear of the building when I make reservations. Staff has always been efficient and helpful.
Not bad Staff was excellent. Very clean hotel. Room was really small for 3 adults and a toddler. The chair in the room was too big for the desk so it blocked the tv.
