Property is located is a great area. Nice restaurants and coffee shops near by. The desk staff is very nice and helpful. The hotel has two elevators that run very slowly. It feels like one of them doesn’t work part of the time. Makes going to the 24th floor difficult. Often there was a line for the elevator or you had to not get in one and wait for the next one because service was so slow it was crowded. Rooms are decent. Beds are very firm and pillows very soft - they go almost flat.

Great area
It was ok. I would'nt stay more than one night. The phone in the room didn't work well so it was difficult to make calls to front desk. It wasn't horrible but one night was enough.
Convenient. Clean. Would stay again. Great location to get uptown or downtown. Subway and bus stops are at the corner. The hotel lobby and room were clean and the front desk was helpful with luggage. We used the business center as well for work and had no issues.
Property is in a good area but there was no hot water on the first day of our stay and elevator takes too long to arrive
