Loved my trip to new york, the garden inn was a comfortable and clean. Rooms are a little dated but we didn't spend much time there any ways.
The blonde lady at the front counter was rude and lacked customer service skills when we checked in. However, the young gentleman that helped us afterwards was very helpful and accommodating throughout the rest of our stay. There needs to be better clarification as far as additional hotel deposit fees. I called ahead 2 weeks before checking with both Expedia customer service and hotel staff and was told no deposit would be required since all fees were already paid. Small room
Staff was very nice with the multiple basics we needed. Someone had to add a third curtain rod for darkening shades since the sheers prevented us from sleeping the first night because of the bright lights of NYC!
Anaiss & Elmer were so sweet and helpful. They made my stay perfect.
