The staffs were good. Had a good experience
Very accommodating staff. Room was cozy & clean with a great view. Only downside was that only 1 elevator was operating which made it a long wait.
The location was convenient. It would help to have a valet to park your car in a garage (within walking distance for most but not someone with accessibility issues). Also, room temperature was inconsistent- an extra blanket in the room would have made it more comfortable. There was only one elevator in operation which made the worst for the elevators lengthy and inconvenient. Lobby was also cold- could not sit there comfortably to wait for others or for an uber.
Good location, subway station few steps from hotel. Excellent customer service. The rooms are not the greatest, but decent and clean. Nice view outside.
