We found it to be very average for the price charged. We also had to be very careful when opening the faucet in the bathroom because the water was coming out at bowling temperature and we almost got burned a couple of times. The frigde in the bedroom was a bit too noisy as well. On the other hand, the subway entrance by the hotel was very convenient.
Not what it looks like Toilet was broken and ran all night. The restaurant automatically charged a tip and then tried to get us to tip again at the end. The room was smaller than the pictures show and no streaming services were included. It is a good location though.
Room key did not work the first time so I had to go back to the front desk to have it reissued, however this happened another two times while we were there. Also wifi in the room did not work either. We asked the front desk and he said that someone is on his way. We waited for about an hour and I called front desk again and finally the technician showed up, but he could not resolve the problem and he said he will come back. But he never showed up. Nice hotel and good location in Tribeca. Delicious Italian restaurant downstairs serves food all day. Cons the TV didn’t work and the pillows were too soft.
