The location is fantastic, with the A/C/E subway stop literally steps from the hotel. There are a few bodegas within a block. Street noise can be a little much, but this is a great value.
The staff here were a bit unwelcoming but otherwise a good location. A 30 second walk to the subway, lots of good deli options, and the restaurant attached to it had a great fettuccine alfredo w a great bartender.
I liked the area and felt safe when out walking. Plenty of dining and shopping options in the area. Walkable to Soho and Little Italy. Also close to the pier. Would stay there again in the future
