The hotel was clean. Location is great. Elevators are very slow - I took the stairs more often. The room doors made me uneasy - there is a gap that lets light and sound in from the hall. They were sturdy and the locks work but it was disconcerting. Bathroom doors have pneumatic closers and the exhaust fan was laughable. This caused the bathroom to remain muggy and humid

We arrived before midnight and the double doors were locked. There was no one at the front desk. The custodian who was mopping the floor let us in after explaining through hand signals that we can’t swipe in as we are checking in. After finally being let in, the front desk attendant seemed bothered. She asked for my ID and I handed it over but she then asked I hold it up so she can see it, same for my credit card.
