Room, check in and check out painless & room was excellent. I was not happy to learn when I was leaving that a Shuttle Service was available to JFK. This really displeased me because I asked the front desk to book a taxi for me & I was told it would be better to use Uber or Lyft. I was never told there was a shuttle. I realized that a Shuttle was available when I saw them while waiting outside for Uber to arrive

It’s a one star hotel in a one star area The only thing I can say is it’s close to the airport and I didn’t see roaches or bedbugs The food looked terrible and the drinks at the bar were super over priced The employees were decent and like I said it’s close to the airport
The Hotel is in an industrial area 2 blocks for he NY Sanitation Department Service Shop. The second Morning of our stay a Homeless guy had to be escorted out of the Hotel by the police. The Hotel needs to have a security guard posted at the front door. Breakfast was $21.95.
