Everything was good !
Close to airport. Desk clerk was very helpful and courteous. Easter dinner was delicious at the on-site restaurant.
Close to JFK by the hotel shuttle. Be sure to call hotel when you land to tell them you are at the pick up location, as they are not there if you don’t. Shuttle in the Morton airport was fast and efficient. Front desk staff was helpful and coffee was available in lobby.
shuttle service very suspect They were clearly having staffing issues and the shuttle service was not working at all. You should check with the hotel right when you go to the shuttle pick-up area and see if their shuttles are running or before you even get there as you have to take a train. They were not running in either direction on the days I was there and I had to Uber it. Call the hotel as soon as you get your luggage is my suggestion.
The hotel is clean and the customer service is excellent.
Surrounding area dirty. But close to airport and freeway. Staff is nice. Parking 30$ a night hit can easily find street parking. Not a bad drive to other areas besides traffic.
