I liked that it was near the airport. I would have liked healthier and more options at hotel restaurant.

Very nice and clean and if you’re on a layover on a flight it’s 5 minutes to JFK. The room was very clean with fridge microwave and coffee machine. I would definitely stay there again if I had a flight out of JFK and need a place to stay the night before. But the bad thing is there is nothing around the hotel. No restaurants bars or stores to pick something up

Ate dinner in the restaurant and was quite pleasantly surprised. It was delicious and far exceeded my expectations. All the staff were very welcoming and professional.

This is a good hotel if you stay for a couple of days. I thought everything was great except for the staff at the front desk, I tried calling many times just to get some information or assistance and no one ever picked up the phone. Like ever so be prepared for that too. Also, the security deposit is extremely high so be prepared to pay for your hotel room and the security deposit as well. Other than great hotel!!!

Rooms not sound proofed hence constant noise from airplanes.shuttle service starts at 6am hence those with early flight have to get a taxi this information is not shared on hotel website.I arrived at 12.45 pm and could not be checked in as my rsservation which i made through expedia was not in the hotel system.Front desk agent asked me to call expedia ,told her dont have a local number of which she called them and had me explain the issue.why ask a guest to talk to expedia while the hotel have an arrangement with them?.would... read more
