Air conditioner in rooms was not working property
Could not work out the shower. Understaffed
The check agent, Romeo, was excellent. Very efficient and knowledgeable and friendly. The transportation to and from the JFK airport was efficient and on time. The rooms were very nice and clean. The small restaurant and bar had sufficient food for our dinner.

Recording to hotel says no shuttle but it’s working. On time
It was fine, clean and very comfortable mattress. The price was absolutely ridiculous for what it is. Our flight was cancelled and we had no other choice, but Hilton should be ashamed of themselves to charge that much for a room in a hotel with so few amenities.
WE STAYED IN ROOM 506 AND THE BATHROOM DOOR WOULD NOT SHUT. WE WERE ONLY THERE FOR A QUICK OVERNIGHT STAY. IT NEEDS TO BE FIXED.
It’s New York. But the parking is terrible. But the Hotel was comfortable. Breakfast not included. I requested an extra roll away with bed with advance time but they did not honor it. That was frustrating.
The room was nice. Staff at front desk were not friendly and very slow.
