Great staff
Ok for a quick airport stay. Their airport shuttle stops at 945p. This should be clearly advertised since it was one of the reasons I booked this hotel. Nowhere mentioned on their website. I had a late arrival and ended up taking a cab. Otherwise it was comfortable though the bathtub had what looked like toothpaste stuck to one side. Next time I have an overnight at JFK I'll look elsewhere.
The supervisor on check out/in was amazing throughout stay. Sorry cant remember his name

Good location when flying thru JFK. Quick train ride to the pickup point for the hotel van.
Liked the rounded shower curtain, allows for more space in the tub
