Nice staff
This hotel did the job for what we needed - late check in and then an early check out before a morning flight. The airport transit was regular and on time. I would absolutely stay here again. Only call out would be we spotted our room clock was incorrect and an hour behind plus we didn’t receive the hotel wake up call we had requested. Not an issue for us because of alarm set on phone but it could cause someone who needs to catch a flight a lot of stress if dependent on hotel resources! Ps. Like the access and facilities. Did not like the air conditioning woke me up feeling cold. Nice hotel pleasant staff. Good access from jfk. Roads need seeing to. All was well. Thanks.
Close to airport - able to get to my final destination!
The airport shuttle was fantastic with a very short ride to/from the airport in a comfortable vehicle. The hotel staff were friendly and check-in was quick. The overall design was modern and sharp and the rooms were nice in design as well. The main room was pleasing and the bathroom was average in visual appeal. The shower had good water pressure, hot water, and drainage. The beds were comfortable though the pillows were on the softer side. The TV was decent in size and had a good variety of channels. Very adequate, convenient, the quilt cover was odd, not wrong, just off a little in the texture.
Overnight at jfk Overnight only from JFK. room was ok. Air conditioner loud, toilet stopped up. Restaurant for dinner acceptable
