Staff/front desk was pleasant. However TV was broken and could not be fixed. Was informed airport shuttle ran every 20 minutes but next morning was told driver was “on break” and waited 40 minutes for hotel van that does not take you to the airport terminals but only to the air train. Hotel sits right on a highway so best to sleep with earplugs.
Property parking was a bit expensive $40 but for the event it was necessary.
Hotel room and check-in was fantastic. Just dont like being in that part of NY at that time of night without some heat. 😅
Basic at the very best. Seemed that all the staff were busy, but no clients were being served in a timely manner. The shuttle driver to JFK was the best part.
Great shuttle to the airport. Very clean and friendly staff.
Very convenient for an early flight. More options for coffee would be nice.
