No-brainer purchase Can't believe I didn't buy one of these years ago. So much better than an ink jet when 99% of my printing is black and white. I'll keep an all purpose inkjet for scanning and occasional color, but we will use this the vast majority of print jobs. Works great.
Great once set up. Fast wake from sleep. Windows can find it every time on the network. Only issue I had was the setup of the wifi. You need to input the password by scrolling through the entire char set using up down arrows. For those who use complex passwords, this can be very tedious. But once done, no need to do it again. But couldn't they have an app to set this up through the USB connection? Still a good buy.

laser printers are awesome 1st laser printer. So fast and ink never dries. This one was easy to set up and never causes any problems. The best printer is the one that doesnt cause any problems. This is it.
Good printer but with caveats As with my previous purchase of a Brother printer, 6 years ago, the setup instructions provided are generally useless and do not reflect the needed steps for an actual setup. For example the instruction manual fails to mention that maybe one should press the 'enable wireless' botton on the printer before attempting to connect a computer wirelessly. Best high volume b&w printer. Cant go wrong for home office printing!
Compact, Works great. Great printer. Compact size allowed me to keep in an unused file drawer out of the way. Easy setup/configuration. Prints are detailed and with deep black print.
