Rough first impression but easy setup and working with Windows and iOS won me over The Good: Very easy to setup. Works with my iOS devices without any special software. Two sided printing works well. The Bad: Plug and Play driver wasn't found with Windows 7. The Brother support site had the correct driver. The Ugly: First printouts had huge streaks and globs of toner. Quick and easy set up I needed a printer and bought this one after looking at reviews on a few separate occasions. The instructions are clear cut. There is little miscellany in the box which made deciding what was important obvious. I have already printed both from my email and iphone wirelessly after setting it all up (took about an hour including rearranging my office a bit). YES, the printer comes with ink. That was one question I had and it took a bit of searching to find. A good buy so far!

ink is more expensive than the printer It seems like I go through ink every 2 months. I've spent more money on the ink than the printer. Printer; however, works great. double sided printing saves on paper.
good printer great printer for regular printing. if you want to print envelops or anything special, spend a little more $. it leaves black toner marks on the specialty paper and envelops. i've tried all the suggestions and nothing works.

Very easy to use It’s always risky to buy electronics on Amazon. I took a risk on this as it isn’t a product subject to counterfeiting or some else’s return. Very intuitive to use and unlike other wireless printers I have had, connecting to this printer via phone, iPad, or laptop has been reliable. I also like laser printers because they can sit idle for very long periods of time without print quality issues or using all the ink to keep the print head maintained.
