EASY to set up if you read the instructions! This is a great, fast, reliable, and good-value printer. There seem to be lots of complaints about setting up the WiFi on the printer using a small LCD screen but the instructions make clear that's if you can't set it up through a computer or smartphone for some reason. If you follow the simple instructions and install on your computer, set up is a cinch! The computer and printer find each other over WiFi, and you set up the printer on your computer. Dead easy.

Good Quality and Budget Friendly I am pleased with the overall quality and ease of set up my new Epson laser printer. I mainly used my printer for eBay packing slips and labels so I wanted an economical and reliable replacement for my inkjet. (A laser printer is better for package labels as the print is waterproof.) Solid Inexpensive Printer I like this printer a lot. It is quiet (it sits 2 feet away and doesn't bother me when it is printing). Images are sharp. It was relatively easy to set up, including wireless printing from my iMac & iPhone. It is quick--it takes about 20 seconds to go from "asleep" to the first page (of text) being printed. You can print letter and legal from the paper tray. You can print envelopes or other sizes from the bypass feeder which is right up front...convenient. Perfect for documents. I had used inkjets for years. 99% of what I print are documents and even though I always "monochrome/black ink only", I often had the issue of not being able to print something because I was low on ink in one of the color cartridges, and always at the worst time (Murphy). I keep a high-end photo inkjet for occasions where I need high quality color prints but otherwise I use the Brother for everything else. Another Brother The last Brother was good for 10 years. This one... so far, so good. Hookup was easy, operation flawless. It replaced the refunded problematic Canon LBP151dw.
