Prints double sided I set it up at work wifi and it worked great. The detailed instructions are quite confusing. When I got the printer home I could not get it to hook up wifi because my router is password protected. I am going to ask our I.T. guy to help me out, right now I am using it USB.

Great printer User friendly and easy to assemble
This is the first printer I've owned that is actually reliable I love this printer. I have gone through I don't know how many Epson and Canon inkjet printers, and without fail, they stop working within months -- the ink gets clogged, the alignment is a mess, the connection stinks, it literally just stops working. Quick and easy I needed a regular old fashioned solid color laser printer to replace my 15 year old Lexmark. This thing is cost effective and productive. I had print jobs going within 10 minutes of opening the box, not bad.
Good for a Cheap Printer I work in a department of 20-25 individuals with fairly minimal printing needs. So, this small, cheap printer does the job. Is it perfect....not even close. Let's be honest - printer manufacturers are way behind. No significant innovation in 2 decades and regardless of vendor their customer service is usually atrocious. Including Brother.
