I'm working on my doctorate and have printed at least a dozen reams of paper on this printer and it's still going strong. Two bits of advice: read and apply the settings listed in the top review (the one posted by Winnie) - it saved me TONS of aggravation. And, have a spare drum on hand. Great compact printer. Prints very fast and double side too!
Good performance This is my first laser printer. The previous ones are all inkjet printers, which is extremely wasteful of money. This printer has excellent print quality and performance in all aspects.
Great printer Super easy to set up and it prints fast since it is a laser printer. Cant beat the price point either. Love that AirPrint works seamlessly with all of my Apple gadgets and once you have the printer connected to your home WiFi, wirelessly syncing it to the computer, iPad and iPhone was as simple as could be.
Great little printer Great little laser printer I use for school documents. Easy to use and prints fast. Only wish it printed in color too.

It's way better than Ink Jets Unfortunately, the "vendor" that I bought this printer from here on Amazon sent me some weird kind of water basket instead of the printer, so sent it back for Amazon credit.
