Love this printer After struggling for years with disposable inkjet printers with refill cartridges costing as much or more than the printer itself, and consistent erroneous “ink level too low” error messages .. Dead printer on the first year I got this printer at the beginning of 2019. I was enjoying it very much, it is fast and pretty simple to use. Unfortunately, last week it just died on me. Out of nowhere, it stopped working. I thought it was the internet connection, but nope! It doesn't respond, it's fully off and it doesn't turn on again. I need a place to fix it, any suggestions? Works great Easy to work needed no tech support
I think it is going to serve my needs. I bought this for a home office. Arrived on time, great packaging, and easy set up out of the box. Quickly connected to my WiFi and I was printing in less than 10 minutes. The only thing was that it didn't come with a USB cord to connect locally, or offline. Well, it doesn't complely kill the deal for me, but it would have been nice to come standard with a USB just in case I needed it. For some reason, I thought this did more than print. Excellent print quality, wireless lets you print from every PC and phone in the house I use laser printers at work and was really tired of the inconsistency of ink jet printing at home. Text would often be misaligned and blurry, and I buying top rated, good printers! I did my research and chose this Brother. First ever purchase of this brand though I've known of them forever. Works as expected Arrived quickly. Setup was simple. I used the app to update the firmware and was printing immediately.
