Easy to Set Up for iOS devices Now We bought and installed this Brother printer as an upgrade from the HL-2170W (also wireless.) We could never get the 2170 to work with any iOS devices. We have a mixed environment with a Windows PC, a Mac Pro, and several iOS devices. I was concerned about the possible complexity of setting up this 2350 for wireless printing from the iOS devices due to some of the earlier reviews from 2016. Brother Laser printer It's simple and laser is the way to go! I have a scanner on my phone and it's convenient.
Fast, hassle-free printing. Great value. Love the small footprint of this little printer and the speed of the output. Got feed up with the cost of color ink cartridges on my old Canon Pixma and, most of all that the model I had required all the color tanks to have at least some ink in them or it wouldn’t print just monochrome. Stupid! For my uses it is just easier and much cheaper to go to Staples or some such and have anything I want printed in color done there. Great home office printer Use for occasional printing in a home office. Wireless printing works flawlessly, print quality has been good, and it still has ink after about 75 pages of printing, which is better than I can say for other brands. It's a winner.
Oh, Brother. Great price. Good performance... sometimes. Copies can come out quick, generally are sharp, but it is hard to know when this is going to work and when it does not. The function button defaults to deep sleep. My MacBook Air has trouble sometimes finding the printer. Sometimes printing starts within seconds, other times it takes over a minute. Sometimes the CPM seems close to the advertised speed, other times there are lengthy waits between simple pages of text. It confuses an empty paper tray with a paper jam. No... read more
Solid printer Sometimes doesn't automatically wake from sleep which can be annoying but otherwise great. Love being able to print directly from my phone.
