5/5 Been running strong for a few months now. Only have paper jams 1-2 times out of every thousand pages using standard copy paper. Overall VERY pleased.
It's exactly what I needed I needed a simple compact printer that printed in black and white. But for this price range, I was prepared to face wifi, setup, and speed issues. So far, I have had none of these problems. The wifi works great,it prints very fast, setup was very easy, and thankfully I only have to click print on my iphone for it to immediately print. I'm very happy so far.
Easy setup for WiFi & iPhone printing. Works Great. Very pleased! Reviewing HL-L2370DW Brother B&W printer: I was able to set this up using only the big Quick Setup Guide sheet included in the box. After unboxing and sliding in the cartridge, I downloaded the software to my laptop from the URL (in step 6). After running the software on my laptop and nursing it through all the steps, okays, approves, etc. it connected wirelessly very easily. This printer is a top notch value. It was easy for me to set up and configure for wired and wireless printing at home. The printer works exactly as I expected a laser printer to perform. It is new and I still need time to better judge performance.
Great little machine Haven't used tech support. Love the printer. Great print quality, not a scanner, too, though. I thought it was.
Print quality looks good, poor device usability! Nothing like trying to print something only to realize the printer is in "deep sleep" mode, so you spend time trying to get it woke up, and your stuff printed. Quality looks but, but 3 stars for bad usability.
Compact and Fast Works well for my simple printing needs. Prints fast. I like its retro style and color.
