The directions were complicated and confusing for me, a non-technical person. But once I managed to get everything up and running, the printer worked like a charm. I love being able to print from my iPad. Haven’t yet tried doing so from my phone.
Good printer for price. Programming for WiFi using printer is not efficient. Using this on Macs. Had to download drivers from web. Print quality is good. Would like more choices regarding printing to save toner such as ‘remove images’. These are not available for this printer.
I have been satisfied with the product but set-up was ridiculously complicated. The manufacturer’s instructions were completely inadequate. I needed to go to “ You Tube” to set it up. There are a number of helpful videos from private owners for set up, and also how to program the machine to not keep going into “ deep sleep” mode.

Good printer for my needs. Set up is very easy and quick. It doesn't come with the connector to install to your computer. It does automatically print on both sides of paper if you choose the option. I'm coming from a HP LaserJet printer but due to upgrading my system, I could no longer use it. The Brother is, of courses, louder than the HP. Pretty easy to set up wireless, print quality is good
Easy to set up, works faultlessly can't say enough good things about it. I did have one problem putting in the ink/roller thing. Not the fault of the manufacturer or the direction, it was me. I tried to install the thing upside-down . Once I got it righted I was away and running. Just stupid me.
