I've worked with this brand at work for many years. All of their products are very reliable, work well and durable, so this one is no different. I've had it for about 4 weeks now and have been printing small workloads. It is pretty fast, good quality printing. I understand some people do not like the fact that you must order genuine toners, but I guess it is the price to pay for quality and the assurance of durability over the years.

Tired of broken Epson and having a longer lasting Brother already in service, I took a chance of getting this slightly lower end model than the one we have. So far it's worked well. So well that we bought another.

Easy to set up and great basic printer that meets the need for those that don’t need to print all the time. It is an all in one black and white printer of the highest quality.

Nice that you don't have to worry about ink, but the toner can be pricy. Works great for those college papers.
