This printer is great. It's fast, wireless, has duplex printing. One issue I have with it is the difficulty to print from Android phones. I've printed to other wireless printers with much more ease than this one using an Android phone.

We’ve had this printer for about a month, and I am SUPER HAPPY with it! Was really easy to set up (and that’s not my strong suit!). LOVE that I can print from my iPhone or iPad. Prints quickly, and isn’t noisy. Very happy that I decided to get a black/white printer, and not color, and VERY HAPPY with this purchase!
Does everything great plus wanted wireless,had enough with standard printers and print head problems.Best buy had the best price and easy to return if there's a problem.
Printer was easy to unbox. Followed instructions for easy set up.
The printer works great, but it is next to impossible to set up the wireless. I followed the instructions in the box. Didn't work. I inserted the enclosed cd disk. Didn't work. I tracked down the most up-to-date drivers online -- Didn't work. I found a youtube video on how to do it. Still didn't work. I finally had to go back to best buy and buy a cable, and hook it up with a cable, instead of wireless. Works great that way, but it kind of defeats the purpose of buying a wireless printer.
Easy set up!!! Prints at a good speed - not to loud - No paper jams and print quality is very good. Scanner is simple and fast. Print from your phone very convenient.
