This printer is excellent. Works great and does the job needed.
This is a very nice (and speedy) printer. If you need to change a setting type the information in the search box at the bottom of the windows screen (EX. changing from duplex to single sided). The search box is handy - but it's always best to read the manual. The duplex jammed up - so I need to read the manual.

My rating was downgraded because of setup issues. I was trying to install on a wireless network that uses the printer's MAC address to ensure only the listed wireless devices could connect. The MAC address on the printout turned out to be incorrect. I then found a different MAC address looking through the settings via the control panel. It too turned out to be incorrect but after timing out on this attempt the setup program displayed a 3rd MAC address and this one brought joy. Decided to buy a laser printer over at DeskJet because I was sick of replacing printers when the cartridges wouldn’t work. I’ve had no issues with the printer other than connecting to my router at times. My only disappointment is the toner doesn’t last as long as they projected. I would definitely buy it again totally worth the value
