Have been using ink jet printers for years and decided to try this Brother Laser printer. I love it. No more messing with ink cartridges. And I can print faster and for less expense. You can still scan and save colored copies. Best printer I have had.
I had a very old HP LaserJet that worked for the amount of printing that I did and an InkJet that I didn't use enough so the ink always dried out. I replaced both of those with this little workhorse - this was perfect for me and the printing I do. Especially with my new job working from home full-time. I don't need to do a lot of printing but I really like the duplex option for when I do need to print and the scanner is used a lot and works great. Perfect for the home office!
I finally got off the inkjet train and bought a laser jet printer. I wish I had done this ten years ago. Within a year,m the inkjet ink costs more than exceed the initial savings for buying an inkjet printer. If you don't need color, this is a great option.
Super fast and quiet, Good print quality. Cartridges are super easy to change.

This printer has been perfect while doing school from home. I've been using it for a while and haven't had a single issue connecting to it or using it. The scan feature is nice and the quality is great. It was easy to connect to set up too!
So far so good. I loved having the Nerd Squard set it up for me after trying to do it myself for two days.
