This product was recommended by my tech person. Great value and works great. Had trouble committing to my laptop. But that wasn't the printer's fault. This B&W laser printer is supposed to save me money on ink. I hope so.
I purchased this for my Mom. She was using an ink jet and kept having to buy ink cartridges. This is a great printer and very easy to use for her. She loves it and was excited to use it.
I haven't printed a lot of things on this yet, but it was quite easy to setup. I just ran the "wireless setup wizard" on the printer itself to connect it to my wifi. On the PC I'm using it with, I downloaded the brother software for this printer, and on my phone I downloaded the brother app. So far the one device I can't seem to get it to work with, is Alexa. I can't get it to print anything using voice commands.

This is a miracle printer! It is so fast and quiet that I can't even tell when it's printing. I highly recommend purchasing this if you are looking for a printer for your home. I have two kids that are virtual learners and I can't believe how much money I am saving not having to purchase ink!
I been using Brother printers for last 10 years. This works great & easy to setup.
This is a very nice printer for the money. Since I have only owned it for a few weeks, I can't say too much about its durability, but so far I have no complaints. Setup was easy except that the directions did not explain that I had to use the up and down arrows to enter my network password to hook up to WiFi. Other than that, setup went well. It has been easy to use with our iPhones, a MacBook, and a Windows PC.
The printer/copier seens to fit our needs perfectly. We are glad that we selected this product. Thank you.......
