Easy setup Easy setup. I didn’t even have to download anything. Just connected it to my WIFI and my computers/iPhone found it automatically. Easy to use. It is bigger than what I was expecting.
Nice copier Haven’t had to use tech support. Didn’t realize it didn’t scan.
Decent but not great printer The good: 1) Reliably holds a wifi signal 2) Is relatively quiet 3) Has a small footprint The bad: 1) Has a tendency to jam 2) Output is strictly meh. I replaced this printer with an Okidata C532DN and wow the Oki prints MUCH better, the difference in quality is surprising 3) As with all laser printers, the pricing on the toner cartridges is bonkers, it's cheaper to buy an entire new printer with new cartridges installed than it is to replace just the cartridges with new OEM ones. Great product Amazing, I have no problems with it. Installation was easy and simple.
So far so good, i wish the power consumption is more efficient and processing power is faster I bought this printer to replace my old Canon MF4150 which is a black and white laser printer. Overall the Brother works fine without any error or issue and I can print anything from my Macbook, Windows PC and iPhone. For cons, I noticed two things: 1) the power consumption is huge. Nice Printer This is a really nice printer. The print quality is very nice. Photos can be printed. They are not Magazine or ad quality but if you just want to make a quick flyer with a photo it will be fine if you do not need high end quality. But for general use it is a great machine with great print quality and good speed. Easy to use and cost effective and cheap to maintain. Happy with purchase.

Great Machine It's so quiet! It prints quickly. I would suggest paper that's higher brightness and weight than your typical 20lb copy paper though. Sink some dough into 40lb paper and you'll be thrilled. Great machine. Really easy to set up.
