The entire experience from beginning to end went extremely well. I personally had the pleasure of working with Michael Bautista. He made sure to communicate everything that was going on in a clear and professional manner. We did have an issue with our insurance and Michael was able to sort that out and helped us get everything paid for. I would definitely recommend Holden Roofing to anyone having roofing troubles.
After the ice storm in Austin, our roof was damaged. We were super worried about dealing with an insurance claim, so we reached out to Holden roofing. We used them before and had a great experience. Brandon Quarles immediately responded and came out. Assured us we did not need to go through the hassle of getting a new roof. They patched what needed to be, and once again, we are very happy with Holden. Brandon was great to work with, and we will definitely reach out if we need to in the future!
