I had 12 properties that I had asked Mike to look at. After taking the time to inspect each property, mike stated I only had damage on 5 of them. I can’t tell you how much I appreciated the honesty! The entire experience from beginning to end went extremely well. I personally had the pleasure of working with Michael Bautista. He made sure to communicate everything that was going on in a clear and professional manner. We did have an issue with our insurance and Michael was able to sort that out and helped us get everything paid for. I would definitely recommend Holden Roofing to anyone having roofing troubles.
After the ice storm in Austin, our roof was damaged. We were super worried about dealing with an insurance claim, so we reached out to Holden roofing. We used them before and had a great experience. Brandon Quarles immediately responded and came out. Assured us we did not need to go through the hassle of getting a new roof.
