Maynard Lanham is outstanding!!! Best customer service I've seen in years. He could teach a graduate course on how to engage customers and ensure their complete satisfaction. Mike Talty did a very good job in managing the entire process and interfacing with Nationwide. He was always very responsive and diligent and worked hard.
A company is only as good as its employees and Stephen Stark is a real asset to you. He communicates all information in a timely fashion; he answers phone calls and texts immediately. He is well informed about insurance and policies and transmits that information to customers. Steve oversees the job being done. His team Of workers are true craftsmen and professionals.
