We enjoyed our stay. The room is clean and spacious. The staff especially the front desk was very accommodating and helpful.
Location right from almost all the attractions, room is about normal size in NYC and clean, water and some snacks are free breakfasts is free, staffers are nice 5stars
The place is dated. The staff is nice and pleasant. The mats on the shower/tub floors need to be either removed or deep cleaned as it had mildew and mold growing inbetween the mat and the actual tub.
Clean, no phone in room.
Staying in New York is always exciting.Staying at this particular Holiday Inn Express was exceptional. Michelle,Samantha, Devon, Touria & Oscar were incredible. I have NEVER stayed at a hotel where the staff actually texted me to make sure I had everything I needed. I GENUINELY felt cared for.From extra blankets & bottled water to directions & printing out my plane tickets, the hospitality was absolutely FABULOUS! The service at this place was superior.
