We chose the hotel for its location and reasonable (for Manhattan) price. The common areas were a tight fit, especially from the elevator area to the dining area. We've visited NYC before, and knew to expect this, though. The handicap accessibility of their ADA rooms needs to be revisited. The photo below shows the roll-in shower. Had my wife been traveling alone, she wouldn't have been able to operate the shower from the bench seat. She can't walk, and the controls are not within arm's reach.
