Great location, hospitable staff, clean room
Poor customer service Experience was overall okay! The hotel was small but perfect for somewhere to rest our heads. The hotel was in walking distance to time square, many restaurants, and activities. The customer service/communication was not good. It took the hotel an hour before we could get our car from valet. One time we called to get valet and no one answered at the front desk. Ms. Michelle front desk and the Porter Mr. Freddy, we cannot express the welcoming from the time we entered the hotel until we departed, each step was the warmest welcoming inviting smiles helping and provided EXCELLENT IMPECCABLE customer service. We will never forget our NYC visit!!! Our stay here was AMAZING!!!
First trip to new york. Spent 4 nights here and had no issues at all. Place was solid. Great location. Manage your expectations, this isn't a 5 star hotel. Everything we did was a short walk. Whether to the nearby subway station, bus station or right in the middle of times square. Touria welcomed us with open arms, and early check in. That wasnt expected but it was amazing nontheless.
