I was skeptical about this hotel based on the reviews I had read but I’m glad I didn’t go off of the reviews. There are not any homeless sitting outside of the hotels. The room space is what I expected bc NY is built up not side ways so space is minimal. Time Square is about 2-3 blocks away which was perfect walking distance.
This property was wonderful for our vacation. We knew it was a budget hotel, and it exceeded our expectations. We picked up breakfast and coffee before 8am each day and it was manageable. Elevators were ok as long as guidelines are followed (only 6). We rarely had issues with elevator being slow even staying on 24th floor. Beds and pillows were comfortable.
