Excellent location and friendly staff. Thanks.
All was good
The property was clean, the staff service was outstanding but the elevator is a nightmare. The staff is overworked. There is no coffee all the time available, it is New York specifically winter time. The street outside once it gets dark it is not safe, many homeless and the hotel does not have a security person on the property. Thank you to the staff all of them were awesome.
