Perfect location. Incredible views of the Empire State Building from the top floors. Helpful front desk staff
good hotel for the value.
Upon arrival we were greeted by the gentleman behind the desks; checked in quickly and we're given a goodie bag of water and snacks. Made it way to our room which was clean and well stocked. Breakfast in the morning was busy and seating was not limited but busy and scarce. The ladies were helpful in finding a place for my family and we're quick at refilling the buffet. We liked the location as it was safe and we could walk to shows on Broadway. It was nice that they had coffee, tea and apple cider and sometimes cake available in the lobby. The free breakfast was a great asset. Some of the furniture and the mirror were a bit worn but if it knocks $200/night off the price I am fine with this.
