My experience at Holiday Inn Express The entire stay was good. I liked having breakfast included in the price of the room. All staff was friendly and helpful. The only part that was not good for me was being stuck in the elevator (1 time) with about 10 people in it. The elevator went to the lowest floor and the door would not open. Thank goodness someone was on that bottom floor. We were stuck in there for maybe 15 to 20 minutes. The door had to be pried open.
