Pretty cramped reception area. Need to wait for elevator, as there are only two of them. Very cramped breakfast room. Room was clean though. Good location.
I didn’t like elevador, Durango the week twice was in maintenaince
Very nice hotel clean in the heart of good shopping option
Although the staff worked hard to make our stay okay, the elevators did not work for the majority of our stay, the shower pressure was weak, the bathroom door was difficult to close and the mattress was lumpy. We enjoyed the breakfast and snacks/water available to us. Location is convenient to Port Authority Stn.and Time Square.
This was a wonderful stay. The property was a bit tired but clean and well maintained. Our room had fresh towels and was spotless everyday.
Staff super amable
This Holiday Inn was pretty good! very central in NYC. Staff around all day and night. Gave us a free upgrade upon arrival which was a bonus! would highly recommend this hotel for a weekend in NYC
