Muy buen hotel

Super clean and friendly staff, one big advantage is that elevators don’t need a key to go up :). …... of course when they are working :/
The only problem I had was the elevator. One elevator was working. Long wait. The staff did a good job accommodating the guest with the one elevator working.
Great! We stayed five nights. Service was great! We arrived prior to check-in time but didn’t mi d the wait because there were warm cookies, carrot cake and hot chocolate in the lobby. Shower was good with really hot water. Location was ideal. I would stay again for sure!
The room was good. We stayed on the 28th floor. One of the elevators were broken. We were not told that in order for the elevator to come up to your floor to go down, that you had to call the front desk. It wasn’t very clear on the sign. We weren’t informed of the breakfast offered in the morning either. Other than that, it was a decent stay. Will we be back? Who knows.
