god beliggenhed Et noget slidt hotel, elevatorerne virkede det meste af tiden, den ene var dog ude af drift et par gange i myldretiden. Beliggenheden ret tæt på Time square mm ret god!
Buen servicio e instalaciones, solo un elevador funcionando para todos los pisos lo que hace el ascenso y descenso un poco lento

Not Bad @ All Staff is amazing! Rooms were clean and fresh. Breakfast was akways warm and had a good variety of warm options. Oh, and staff was AMAZING!
Only 2 small elevators for a 36 floor building. A lot of delay waiting in elevator
I think staff doesn't have proper communication, because when we check in, we were disturb 3 time. First housekeeping came knocked and said oh sorry you check in already. Than engineering came , oh you check in sorry. Than another guy came with the same massage. After I decided to hang DND.
