깨끗하고 좋았으나 엘리베이터 2대중 1개가 고장, 이용승객이 많을땐 계단을 이용했음

This property has the best location in relation to Moynihan Train Station and Penn Station at MSG. They are about 2-3 minutes away from the hotel and very easy to travel to and forth from. The staff was also very courteous and provided complementary waters throughout my stay. The downside is also the location; and Manhattan in general. You can see how hard the city was hit by the pandemic and politics. Many businesses are closed in the area or have been transformed into cannabis shops. It was an enjoyable stay. The staff were nice and courteous. Room was cleaned every day. Breakfast buffet was also great. Walking to distance to everything. Highly recommended and will definitely come back.

Good location close to subway stations. Complimentary bottled water appreciated. Was able to borrow umbrellas for the rain. Breakfast options satisfactory. Elevators kept breaking down. No towels provided on day 2. Had to request for it multiple times.

Getting run down Staff was great , rooms are getting run down . Cable was freezing up . No litature in the room . Both times I stayed there the elevator broke .
