Staff was very kind and helpful. Also great to have a breakfast included.
Best location to access subway system as well as shopping spots. Wider choices of breakfast menu for good start of a day. However, good location can trade off quiet night. Equipment is not very new. Good choice to walk around Manhattan.

Pleasant stay except our arrival at the reception the first day, quite freezing.
Excellent service at the front desk. Always there when needed. Also, location is amazing. Close to Pennsylvania Station if you’re taking the train in from Newark Airport. The only thing I could point out that I was 100% happy with was the room service cleaning. My bed sheets were not changed they were just folded back to how they were. I knew this because there was a stain (far away from where I slept on the bed) so I didn’t make a big fuss about it. I would have hoped that the bed sheets were changed.
