Great hotel in the heart of midtown Manhattan! Nice value for money hotel. Excellent breakfast but you sometimes struggle to find a spot to sit. Very good location being close to Subway Station and walking distance to some famous attractions. Room and Bathroom are slightly smaller with no fridge. The property is a bit dated (18 years old) and so is the decor and fittings, need some renovation.

Check in was super fast and friendly. Our room was ready a couple of hours early. Our room was across from the elevator, so a bit noisy there. It was overall noisy with banging doors from staff in and out of a linen or supply closet near us. Room was clean! We had a king, and it was very comfy with 2 options for pillows. Pros: The property is a good value for the area. The rooms were small, but the bed and bathroom were both nice. It's very convenient to midtown, the subway, and numerous restaurants and shopping. The staff is fantastic. The street it's on is fairly quiet (for NYC). Cons: As for negatives, there was no fridge in the room to keep drinks cold. A free breakfast buffet is included, but the dining area is fairly small and was always packed (we went for bagels just around the corner instead).
clean rooms, great location, you don't need much when you are out and about all day. Appreciated the breakfast- although it was VERY busy in the mornings.
The staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean the area was very convenient for anyone taking the train and it was easy to access the subway with very little walking. Breakfast was good as well. My only wish would have been for better hot water for showers. A couple of times it took 15 minutes or more to get hot water to the shower.
Clean, close to transit hub - would stay again Clean hotel with a great location, close to Penn Station making travel very easy. Breakfast options were good, staff was friendly and they stored bags for the afternoon for a small fee - which we didn’t plan to need, but when travel plans changed unexpectedly it greatly reduced stress. I would recommend to family/friends as a great option to stay in Manhattan.
