Very bad experience Very small room on the 15th floor. No space for lagguage. Only two elevetors that are always busy, you can wait it for 10 minutes sometimes. They are not changing towels, sometimes they change a few of towels. Breakfast is very bad. This place doesn’t look like a hotel at all. Small reception and breakfast area in same space. Only location.
Reasonable and relatively affordable for NY stay for families. Some annoyances. Elevators - only two and are really slow. One broke down and that left one for staff and customers. Rooms - didn't have a phone, had to go personally to front desk to get towels Housekeeping - no door sign in room, so daily housekeeping was done but they would always leave us with one less towel requiring daily trips to the front desk to get towels Breakfast - mostly reasonable but one day only had pork options for hot food - should at least have... read more
Very Poor Que te sacan el dinero del depósito de seguridad aún no hallas tenido ningún problema en la habitación y la hallas entregado a tiempo El hotel no estaba mal, pero me hicieron una transacción a mi targeta 2 días después que salí del hotel, supuestamente cuando yo pasé la targeta el día que llegué era un depósito de seguridad no hubo daños en la habitación no entiendo porque 2 días después hacen la transacción y me sacan el dinero, le escribí a una dirección de email preguntando porque esa transacción y no he recibid... read more
Never again. I wasn't happy withe price increase from my original booking.It was not fully explained.The breakfast was pathetic. Why do I have two transactions for £350 pending on my credit card?I only stayed one night.
