Eviten este hotel, la atencion es mala y no limpian el cuarto todos los dias. El servicio de recepcion, nos toco muy mala suerte con una mujer de color, a excepcion de una senorita latina. Fair Комната слишком маленькая для заявленных четверых человек, в результате было сильно душно, завтраки скудные и народы было очень много, мест явно не хватало, приходилось ждать когда освободится стол. Бесплатная бутилированная вода в неограниченном количестве.
Very Poor Hello, I wanted to share some elements during our stay that made it more or less pleasant. 1. Upon arrival, we were told that there was no room available for 4. And they were not sure that the room planned for us was actually clean. 2. There was no towel in the room. We had to request it from the front desk and waited for 20 minutes. 3. Disappointed. VERY POOR SECURITY. My keycard deactivated each time I left the room. The overnight clerk just recharged the key card without asking for any ID or taking any other security measures. The manager on duty the next day was VERY CAVALIER about the incident, and I think he deactivated my card on purpose. The whole experience made me feel very unwelcome and unsafe. Would be great in the winter but is terrible for summer Air conditioning on top floors was insufficient to keep the rooms and hallways comfortable. The room never got below 85 and the hallway was in the 90s at times Excellent location, great and friendly staff

Extremely disappointed Did not get room we reserved. Given room next to food prep area which was crazy loud from 5am. Room smelled like garbage, shower was dirty. Difficult to get a new room, staff knows room is horrible. Location, breakfast
